The Utah Guard Charitable Trust provides financial support to Reserve Component Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines, their eligible family members and veterans within the State of Utah. I understand to be eligible for financial support, the financial hardship must be caused by a deployment and/or caused due to membership in Reserve Component Armed Forces.

I also understand that I must meet with a Family Assistance Center representative of the Utah National Guard and explore all options of aid prior to submitting an application to the Utah Guard Charitable Trust. Further I acknowledge that I am a member, or eligible family member, of a reserve component unit located within the boundaries of Utah or a veteran.
